Patient group

We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

The Surgery’s Patient Participation Group is now well established group where patients, members of the practice staff and the Practice Manager are able to meet to discuss matters relating to the surgery. All patients of the Practice are eligible to join the Patient Participation Group. If you would like to be involved with the surgery and are interested in becoming a member of our patient participation group please contact the surgery for further information or fill in the form below.
